The three acting partners – Andreas Grundbichler (19 years Institutional Sales at CAIB, RCB and Erste Bank), Josef Breitegger (16 years Institutional Sales at CAIB, RCB und Erste Bank) and Manfred Radinger (10 years Equity research at CAIB and RCB as well as 7 years Institutional Sales at Erste Bank) are considered the most experienced equity-sales team in Austria.

Since 2011 the GBR management team has an additional managing director, Harald Steinbichler. He started his career as a trader at Erste Bank and is looking back on more than 18 years experience (BVP Pensionskasse, AXA Insurance, DWS/DB Advisors, AIG Investments and Falcon Europe) in the asset management industry. Within GBR he is responsible for the institutional fund business in the EEA region.
